Is this program fully virtual?

Yes, the program is 100% online. All courses are delivered virtually, allowing students to learn at their own pace. No in-person lab work is required.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, students who complete all courses will receive a certificate of completion that can be used to enhance your career profile and qualify for entry-level positions in dental labs or related fields.

Are there any prerequisites or required materials?

  • Students should have access to a computer, internet, and basic software to view virtual lessons and complete assignments.

How long does each course take to complete?

Each course is designed to be completed in approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on your pace. Students have access to the course content for the duration of the program to review lessons and practice skills.

Can I earn continuing education (CE) credits?

Yes, each course includes CE credits where applicable. This ensures students not only gain knowledge but also improve their professional credentials.

How is the program career-focused?

Our curriculum is designed to teach the skills and techniques necessary for entry-level positions in the dental field. Students learn hands-on virtual lab procedures, treatment planning, and industry best practices to prepare for careers in dental lab technology, dental assisting, and related roles.

How do I enroll and pay for the course?

  • Complete the registration form with your personal information.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Purchases are considered digital products/access tokens.

  • After payment is completed, students will receive an access code/token. The access token is delivered immediately but is not active until the course start date. Students will not have access to course materials or live demos until the official start date listed for each course.

Are there payment plan options?

Yes, students can use ShopPay Learn Now, Pay Later, which allows you to split the course payment into manageable installments while securing your enrollment immediately.

What is the refund policy?


  • Refunds can be requested up to 48 hours before the start date of the course.

  • After this time, refunds are no longer available.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Students have access to email support for any technical or course-related questions. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST.

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes, the program is fully self-paced. You can review course materials, complete assignments, and progress through the curriculum at a schedule that works best for you.

While we do not guarantee employment, our program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in dental labs and related fields. Career guidance and resources are included to support job readiness.
